How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking 4–6 weeks in advance for portrait and branding sessions, and 6–12 months for weddings. However, we often have availability for last-minute sessions—reach out and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

What should I wear?

We provide a detailed photoshoot prep guide with every booking, including wardrobe suggestions tailored to your session type. We also offer wardrobe consulting for branding sessions.

When will I receive my photos?

You'll receive a Bloom link 24–48 hours after your session to select images for retouching. Once selections are made, final edited photos are delivered within 1–2 weeks.

Can I purchase additional images?

Yes! Additional retouched images can be purchased after your session. Contact us for pricing.

Do you provide raw/unedited photos?

Raw images are considered intellectual property and are not included in standard packages. They can be purchased for $25 per image.

What is your cancellation policy?

All bookings require a non-refundable $50 deposit. If you cancel the day of your appointment or no-show, you'll be charged the full service amount. Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations.

What if I'm running late?

A $30 late fee applies for every 15 minutes. If you're 30+ minutes late to a 60-minute session, the photographer reserves the right to cancel the booking.

Do you offer payment plans?

Payment is due immediately after service provision via cash or Bloom. For weddings and large projects, custom payment plans may be available—inquire for details.

Can I use my photos for commercial purposes?

Branding sessions include a photo usage license. For other session types, commercial usage rights can be discussed and added for an additional fee.

Places — Interior Design

What's the difference between E-Design and Full Design?

E-Design is a virtual service where you receive all design plans, renderings, and shopping links to implement yourself. Full Design includes on-site installation, contractor coordination, and hands-on project management from start to finish.

Do you work with my existing furniture?

Absolutely! We can incorporate pieces you already own into the design plan.

How long does a design project take?

Space Planning: 1–2 weeks

Room Styling & E-Design: 2–3 weeks

Full Design: 6–12 weeks (depending on scope and product availability)

Do you work with contractors?

Yes! For Full Design projects, we coordinate with contractors and provide guidance throughout the build/renovation process.

What if I don't like the design?

We build in revision rounds to ensure you're thrilled with the final result. Your feedback is essential to the process.

Do you travel for projects?

Yes! We're based in Edmonton but available for out-of-town projects. Travel fees apply for locations outside our local service area.

What's included in the consultation?

Initial consultations are complimentary and include a discussion of your project goals, timeline, budget, and design preferences. There's no obligation to move forward.

Yes! We love combining our services—perfect for real estate staging, business launches, or comprehensive branding projects.
